How can I avail of the “Lifetime Warranty”?

What is your exchange and return policies?

Where can I find the wicks and centering devices?

Please check inside the bag of wax. The centering devices and extra wicks should be in that bag. If not found, let us know and we’ll make it right!

Do I need to set up a double broiler if I use the hot plate?

For safety reasons, we recommend using a double-broiler whether melting over a stovetop or when using our hot plate. It takes a bit longer than placing the pouring pot directly over the flame but keeps those digits from getting burned. Also, always remember to use an oven mitt when handling the pouring pot.

How many candles can I make?

The number of candles you can make depends on how much wax you have and the size of the jar you’re going to use. Take a look at the Candle Making Kit eBook we have at the Library - it'll be a great guide to get you started!

What type of wicks and wax are in your candle kits?

Our candle-making kit includes soy wax made from only the finest organic materials, ensuring that you have a safe and natural product to craft your candles with!

How to make the woodburning tool last?

Our tips are made of brass, which maintains heat very well. Be careful not to press down too hard, as they can bend and strip - so please just apply light pressure when using.

How long would you say it takes the woodburning tool to cool down before changing the tips?

Once you are done, it may take at least 10 minutes for the tips to cool down, so please make sure to allow yourself some extra time.

Is the heat of the woodburning tool adjustable?

No, the heat is NOT adjustable. From research and customer feedback, we manufactured this tool to deliver consistent HIGH heat (600℃/1112°F).

Do your glue guns drip or leak?

Our powerful glue guns are totally drip-free! You won't have to worry about any messes when you use them on your next craft projects.

How many glue sticks come with your glue guns?

Answer: It'll be a sticky situation when you test out our glue guns! We've included 10 glue sticks in CT60 and CT100, and 12 glue sticks in CT25.

Do you sell refills for your glue guns?

Sorry to disappoint you but NO, we don’t sell refills.

How can I safely remove it from the stand?

Safely grab the base and pull it forward towards the nozzle to remove it.

How can I adjust the temperature of the heat gun?

The switch for the high & low settings is found at the bottom of the heat gun, close to the air release hole.

Can I use this heat gun to pop bubbles in resin?

Yes! We've been delighted to hear from customers who are using our heat gun to successfully pop the bubbles in their resin projects - and we hope it works well with you, too!

Is the heat gun supposed to start smoking after being on high for a few seconds?

Yes, it is normal for smoke to appear on first use. This doesn't happen often, but it is normal due to the oils from manufacturing it. We recommend keeping a good distance to the object you're going to use the heat gun for and avoiding holding onto the air release hole for proper air cooling.
